Family:  My family I are all over the country. My father lives in Dallas, GA; my brother and his family live in Marietta, GA. My sister and niece live in St. Louis.

Pets: Abner and Bailey – two dogs

Favorite Things:  My dogs, being with friends and family, travel (especially Seattle), history, learning new things, reading – I love mysteries.

Favorite Food:  Chocolate but I’m trying to be healthy

Favorite Book/Author: Currently, the Ms. Fisher Series by Kerry Greenwood

Why I love being a Wildcat:  I love being a Wildcat because the staff, families and learner at Arkansas are fabulous! I truly look forward to the day every morning, anticipating great moment from everyone.

Things that motivate you, excite you about learning:  This past summer, I took two classes. One was about Inquiry at the Museum of Nature and Science. The other was a Colorado History class in Redstone, CO., and Glenwood Springs. Both were exciting and full of information to bring into my class. I ROAR when I learn new things.

My job is to accelerate learning for every APS student, every day.  I do my job by building relationships that develops my learners into critical thinkers and by using precise instruction, monitoring growth day by day and reflecting on how to improve my performance.  My Community needs me to do my job.
