Things that motivate you, excite you about learning:  I am motivated by student growth, especially when I am able to see students gain independence. Seeing students as young as kindergarten begin to be able to solve their own problems and use strategies myself and their classroom teachers have taught them is extremely rewarding.

I believe that all students have the ability to achieve-a large part of my job is helping students realize their own potential and believe in themselves. Seeing the transformation of a student who begins to believe in themselves and that they can achieve anything they want to is why I do my job.

I have always loved school and I am a life-long learner. I strive to learn new things everyday-about the students and staff that I work with as well as opportunities for professional growth.

Unified Job Description
